First time here last year’ 2023 in March and I’m due to come back for my annual’ this was one of my best experience here’ the eye doctor was very knowledgeable and even picked up a head trauma I had as a kid’ that other optometrist missed! She was that good.

The staff here is really nice. Especially Tasha (I think that's her name, she works at the front desk so she's an MSA) I don't drive so I depend on OWL transportation provided by the VA. Because VA transportation is so understaffed, those of us that depend on them end up waiting hours for pickup. The clinic closes at 4:30 on the dot. They let me wait inside after they were closed until my ride finally came at 6:15. Most VAs won't let you do this. They just kick you out so I appreciate their kindness.

Thank you VA! I was feeling stressed , mostly from the drive to your location , ( it took me an hour to drive here). But the Staff checked me and I was called in in a few minutes! On time for my appointment. Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed and he was able to fit my glasses and order them. Thank you MyVA for hiring good personnel that show genuine care for a Veteran. Outstanding, and this place smelled clean and looked clean
