Good providers but they literally never answer the phone and it’s impossible to actually schedule an appointment when you need it because the callback feature is just a randomly returned call that you can’t always stop everything to answer so I just end up suffering instead because I know it’ll take an entire day off just to get someone on the phone. Thinking of just going elsewhere
Okay clinic but their communication is horrible. You need to usually wait 20+ minutes to talk to a person. Their online appointment system has been broken for years so you need to wait 20+ minutes to book an appointment, 20+ minutes to get results back, 20+ for billing questions, ad nauseam. The only redeeming quality is their doctors and nurses.
I love going to my doctor appointment every one there is so patient and kind I love my doctor he is very aware of all my medical issues he is so kind and understanding it’s fun every time I go to the doctor appointments I would never change clinic
