Removal and replacement of an old toilet in our house. He is the most thorough and professional plumber I have ever met. Not only is she very knowledgeable and knowledgeable, but she cleans thoroughly, leaving the bathroom cleaner than when I started! If I could rate it above a five I would get a ten!
