Rick has probably forgotten more about building and remodeling than probably any other contractor knows. He holds to the "old school values" of honesty, integrity, and no-nonsense. I respect that. Rumor is that he might retire soon, if he does, the industry is losing an icon.
Rick Jones at Sunterra is one of the most knowledgeable builder/contractors that I have ever met. He just finished a small renovation project for me and he was under budget and on time. Great job and I couldn't be happier.
