Would highly recommend Miko for any remodeling jobs. They completely remodeled our Casita in Sun Lakes with and did an excellent job. Gavin, Sam and crew where all very professional and courteous. Sam the on the job supervisor had excellent communications with us through out the project- never left us hanging wondering what's next.

We had Mikko out to get an estimate to put an addition on our bedroom. We got the plans sent out to us in a very timely manner with a layout that we loved. We started the job shortly after accepting our estimate. From start to finish, the guys showed up on time and put in long days to get our project finished up quick so we could be back in our room. I was expecting the project to be so messy, but was in shock by how clean they left the jobsite at the end of the day. All the employees of Miko, LLC were so friendly and nice to visit with. Miko and team did fantastic work remodeling our kitchen and our entire downstairs for that matter. From start to finish they were attentive, detail oriented, and easy to work with. It was clear that the entire team took pride in their work every step of the way and wanted nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction. The end result looks almost exactly like the design drawings. We could not be happier with the team or the result, which was delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Highly recommended!
