Very sweet lady, good conversation and cut my 7 year old daughter's hair for donation for free and for that we are grateful. However, when I got home, I just had to measured my daughter's hair pieces of which we requested 9 inches off to donate and they were mostly 12,13 and even 14 inches long. I measured because it was so much shorter than I had promised my daughter it would end up being. The lady was measuring while putting the elastic bands on and I did ask to make sure she was measuring throughout the whole time, at least 9 times to the point where I thought I'd annoy her, and she kept saying yes... so I just don't understand how not a single strand was 9 inches...read full review
