I went for the first time today my hair stylist was morianna she was friendly good customer service skills she did a good job cutting my hair plus an amazing massage with the facial mvp for both face and hair and an amazing neck massage with the massager :D

I have been going to this location off and on for the last 7 years. The staff is always very friendly. I decided in the last 6 months to grow out my longer than usual. When I went in for a cut and asked what I wanted, I just said a trim which was not very descriptive. I was in a rush and didn't get my hair washed or add product. After a few days at home trying to style, I noticed that the hair on the sides of my head was not sitting properly and made my head look bulbous. No fault of the employee, I was not descriptive in what I wanted.
