I just want to write to say that the service from Sparklean is great. Everyone I spoke to were very helpful. I especially want to mention George and Roy who helped get the laundry delivered. Great company to work with.

I rated 4 because this place is always clean, machines are always available and prices are decent. However, this location lacks customer service. I am pregnant with twins and my husband came with me to help load and unload clothes. He was just getting off a 16 hour over night shift. He sat in the massage chair and immediately a woman came and asked if he was with me. Of course I said yes, she then was fine with the situation. The other workers were talking about him, kept watching him and even stated in Spanish that he was homeless. I don’t think she knew I’m very fluent in Spanish.
