Service was excellent and at a good price. But I'm glad hubby and I moved rug to garage for cleaning. I fear the steam/water could have damaged our wood flooring. Also disliked that transferred to 2 different people ("team" he said) and work was ultimately billed by another company name: Fusion Carpet Cleaning. Just seemed shady although everyone was courteous and friendly.
I definitely give this company a 5 star review! Super sweet on the phone and very responsive. He took a last minute booking and saved me from my carpet emergency! I had one company walk off the job and a second called to cancel the day before because of a broken water pump on his truck, but Shaggy's jumped in and did a great job on the carpet! Looks wonderful and I'm just glad it's done. Thank you!
Bottom line, I am cheap, picky, and proud of it! For this reason, I highly recommend Shaggy's to anyone who feels as I do about getting a true value for their hard earned dollar. Dave was great to work with and left my home looking beautiful. He was also a very nice guy who was respectful of my home decor. I will have them back in six months for sure!
