I can’t thank Sereno Custom Fence & Gates enough for their exceptional service! On Thanksgiving Day, my security gate malfunctioned, and after trying to fix it myself with no luck, I began calling every 24-hour, same-day repair company I could find. Unfortunately, none of them answered.
Just as I was about to give up, I decided to try one more company—Sereno Custom Fence & Gates. To my relief, Juan answered the phone right away. He was not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable but also so kind and understanding of my frustration. Juan showed up within a short time, even on the holiday, and had my gate up and running in no time.
Within a week of scheduling my appt my new gates were installed! It was easy to book an appt online, I was given options for colors of the fence. I was given advice on what to install, which helped make an informed decision. I had 3 gates to have replaced and a RV gate. They're beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants expert work and are easy to work with!
