I've been going to Heather for years! She helped me with my short hair after chemo and is a hair color whiz! I strayed from her once to try other stylists, but seriously, after 3 others damaged my hair and had no idea how to color, I returned back to Heather. You'll always get compliments after she does your hair, too!

Absolutely the worst haircut and color I have ever had. Looks like a 5 year old took scissors to the back of my hair. I was looking for a new stylist and came across Sassystreaks, which had great reviews. Heather was personable and I felt comfortable letting her cut and color my hair. I told her I have naturally curly hair and asked if she would cut dry. She told me no, and I (naively) allowed her to continue. She chopped my hair while wet and while cutting I was not facing the mirror, but assured me I was to be amazed. Of course my hair looked good when I left her salon, it was when I tried to style myself when I realized she completely ruined my hair. I tried to work with this for a full week and when I texted her that I need to come in for a touch up, she completely ghosted me for two days. I have to give at least one star to post this, otherwise it’s zero stars from me.Services: Hair coloring

I came to Heather unhappy with my all over color I had got elsewhere. I came in and she knew exactly what to do. She made me love my hair color again. She did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her. My hair looks amazing and beautiful. I am looking forward to seeing her in 6 weeks for my touch up.Services: Hair coloring

She expects you to accommodate her late clients before you and if you can't she'll charge you a no-show fee. She will not accept you wanting to reschedule, even though the schedule discrepancy wasn't caused by you. and blow up your phone with unwanted texts even after you said you what to reschedule so she can get her $35. The late clients should be rescheduled and charged a fee not the clients that plan on showing up on time. I said I wanted to reschedule and then she threatened The no-show fee. I was ready to drop over $200 for my very long hair to get a ton of highlights on a routine basis. Hope your late client was worth it. Goodbye you just ruined a potential business relationship.

I have a long history of bad haircuts and she is the first person to take the time to really explain proper hair care and actually cut my hair well !! She recommends products based on your hair type and does not try to push products onto you.Services: Haircut
