I would highly recommend Ruth!!! It's true what everyone says about her being a master with blonde. But it wasn't just that. From the time I walked in there I felt like I was in good hands. I showed her two different pictures of hair that I like and she came up with a beautiful color. She was efficient and is amazing at what she does.
