I am a property manager in the Phoenix area and Royal Wood Flooring was recommended to me. I was in need of a vendor who could restore wood flooring that was in horrible in a historic home. There were broken beams, termite damage, and big scratch marks left from a pet. Vinny’s response was friendly and prompt and the pricing was very reasonable. I was absolutely shocked by the end result. The floors are stunning. They completed all of the work in less than a week and they look fantastic. I’ve attached before and after pictures for reference. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
