My HOA hired them to repair the roof on my new (to me) home. Even though there was a minor issue, the project director was in constant communication and ensured the issue was corrected. Kevin was thoughtful and responsive throughout the project.
Had a small problem with a couple shingles from the wind the other day, called Right Way again because they did a fantastic job 19 years ago with a new roof. Gentleman came out, got up on the roof and checked things out. He grabbed a couples things from his truck and fixed it right up, then told me no charge today. Couldn't ask for a better company if your in need of a new roof.
We were referred to Right Way by a friend who was also exploring roofing companies in Phoenix. The gentleman who came out to take a look at the condition of the roof and provide us a quote was very nice and easy to work with. He wasn't a hard salesman, which was what we had experienced with other companies. The quote was in line with what we had seen from others (we have a 3,000 square foot home and needed a full replacement).
