I wish they had negative stars. I started with this company 35 years ago when It was called Hatcher's, then Seaside now it's Republic. I never had any billing trouble until now. They are billing me for 2 months when I only owe one.(I have proof) No matter how many times I explain it to their customer service they are unable to fix it. They even say I am correct.
Service requested, told your all set for tomorrow aaaand tomorrow comes, no call no bin. Kind of tired of this company to many errors and empty promises unfortunatley im at their mercy and horrible service because this is what my work chooses to go to.
Unfortunately we signed a 3 year commercial contract which is almost over. Thank God! If the dumpster lid has trash pushing up on the lid we get charged an extra $100 for over filling the can, They also raised our bill during the 3 years a few times without so much as a notice. If for some reason one of our work trucks is parked by the dumpster, the driver is to lazy to call our office and have us move the truck, they move on to the next commercial account. Still get billed the same amount every month. Glad our contract is up in 2 months.
