We were disappointed with our former HVAC company so signed up with Reliance after talking with a neighbor who recommended them highly. Dylan was the technician who came to do the maintenance. We were very pleased with him: professional, kind, respectful and efficient.
Dylan was great! We were notified prior to his arrival. He called to inform us of his findings, and even offered to hose off the driveway after another service provider was at the home, who had coolant leaking on the driveway. We didn't feel the pressure of a sales-driven service that many HVAC companies now tend to push. We highly recommend!
Dylan was fantastic. Very professional. Good conversationalist, and was able to give me some encouragement for my life. I was very please with his work, his demeanor, and his character.
