Great service and communication. Professional and not upsold! Gave us options and estimated cost on repair VS replace. We’re choosing to replace an older HVAC split. Best of all…Locally owned which is a must for us!
We had a great experience using Reliance to fix and service our AC units as well as update our thermostats. Anders and Tristen were both friendly, knowledgable, honest and on time. One of our AC units was not working at all and they were able to diagnose the problem and have it running again quickly which was such a relief in this hot weather! We definitely recommend Reliance and will use this company again in the future.
