I have been going here for a very long time to get my nails and pedicures, the staff has always been very friendly to me and I have always been happy with my nails. I highly recommend coming here.
The women here are aggressive over payment. I was asked several times if I was paying by card or cash. When I said card, they kept asking if I had Zelle. When I said no, they said it was 3% more for card. I went through this process several times throughout my visit.
During pedicure, she kept trying to upsell me. She also stopped SEVERAL times to read messages on her phone.
During manicure, I had asked for a gel builder refill. First, she tried to convince me to do dip instead and argued when I told her that wasn't what I wanted. Instead, she removed it all and started fresh instead of filling The polish, done by a third woman... read full review
$50 for a rushed basic manicure and pedicure all for the polish on my nails to be horribly chipped 1.5 days later and ending up having to redo them myself.
The people are friendly but when crowded, they rush and the result is WASTED MONEY.
I hate now that they don't have a pedicure card so one has no idea what one is paying for. This is not ok! EVERYTHING is supposed to be clear and posted.
