Elizabeth from Rayne Water, called to set up an appointment to have the yearly maintenance check And to install new cartridges for my Soft Water System. Elizabeth is always so pleasant to talk to and very professional.
We schedule an appointment and Tank Was my service rep who came out to install the new filters. Tank arrived early was very professional and explained everything that he was doing. He was very helpful and explaining how My system was set up And if there were any problems to please call and he would immediately take care of it. I highly recommend Rayne Water systems, especially their employees, including Elizabeth and Tank.
