Mike (I think) at R&M the gentleman with the big white beard was phenomenal to deal with. Super helpful and friendly and kind. Very different than what I’m used to with tow yards.

I’d like to THANK Irene at R & M towing along with the powers that be who assisted me in retrieving my vehicle. I had an intricate situation and Irene went over and beyond. She was extremely polite, professional, informative, compassionate and patient. I offered to tip her and she graciously explained I wasn’t allowed to do that.? I felt so relieved dealing with her and I suggest EVERYONE in the area use R & M Towing to be thoroughly taken care of without attitude, rudeness and judgement. HUGE THANK YOU TO MS. IRENE ????
