Quan Acupuncture & Pain Relief Clinic

My husband began seeing Dr. Quan about a year ago for intense, long-term shingles pain. His western medicine doctor only wanted to increase his gabapentin, which was negatively impacting his cognitive abilities and balance. Through his acupuncture and therapeutic massage techniques, coupled with his collaborative approach to healing (including working with an intuitive energy healer, Krissy Lee Brunner), my husband is pain free and completely off of gabapentin or any other pain relievers. Dr. Quan's attention and care was truly life-changing for my husband. I also recently began seeing Dr. Quan for chronic back pain and my first session yielded amazing results. Happy with my recent experience - I had some nagging neck pain and acupuncture treatment did the trick!

My mom and I have been going to Dr Quan and Krissy for about a year now. Krissy has improved our energy levels and mental clarity. My mom has bad arthritis in her left hip, and Dr Quan’s acupuncture treatment has helped her tremendously. She is able to put off surgery because of his help. He has also helped her Plantar Fasciitis. I had bad neck pain that caused headaches and through his treatment, my pain has greatly subsided. Dr Quan and Krissy are an excellent team to improve your health.

Dr. Quan is remarkable she’s so nice and is very knowledgeable, her staff is excellent. My acupuncture appointments have really helped me. I’ve advised my family and friends to please come to her office. I will continue my treatments with Dr Quan. Love the atmosphere as well!

I am traveling in Arizona from Portland and have been dealing with an incredibly tight muscle in my right shoulder and that was getting worse and worse and I scheduled with Dr Quan to get a treatment. He is incredibly kind and really took the time to figure out what was going on and after two treatments I’m a feeling great. He really has a talent for getting to the root of the problem and attacking it. What I also really appreciated as someone who was traveling for work was how accommodating Quan was for my schedule. I honestly don’t write many reviews. But I had to pass along this one. Quan is amazing.

I went to see Dr Quan because my neck and right shoulder were very stiff and painful. I could only move my neck to the right about 60°, and it wasn't great to the left either. The mobility in my neck was severely limited. I play a lot of beach volleyball, lift weights, and I work online, so it was becoming bothersome to say the least. My husband also was having some lower back issues where he was in pain bending down, so we both decided to go see Dr. Quan based on a recommendation from a friend who swore by him. While the treatments are intense, they work amazingly. Within three to four treatments, we felt so much better, basically 100%. The mobility in my neck is a 10 out of 10 now. The improvement in my quality of a life has been amazing and I so appreciate what he has done. Be prepared for the treatment though, because it is intense but it really works! He is a miracle worker.

I researched reviews of acupuncture clinics and pleased with my time with Dr. Quan! His office is in the back of a Chiro clinic, very simple set up but effective. He was very attentive listening to my concerned areas and always wanted feedback after every session how I was feeling (video recording for proper documentation). He did a thorough job with finding my tense/tender spots that needed the focus on improvement, making sure he got the root cause of the problem. He also focused on truly healing and preventing so he gave me exercises and stretches so I wouldn’t have the problem happen again. Only after 5 sessions of back treatment was I able to run again! If you are wanting privacy, I would recommend picking appointment times that are at least an hour from another person because you could potentially share a room, separated by a curtain. It wasn’t a major problem since there is soothing music in the background. One appointment I did get over stimulated from the pulsing and was able to call him into the room to stop the treatment. He was very concerned because he always makes sure I am okay first before walking out of the room. I now know my limits to the pulsing. We were able to resume the treatment safely and I’ve had an amazing experience since. I’m so happy to be feeling like myself again!!

Dr Quan is fantastic, one of the smartest acupuncture folks I've been to. I had a serious back issue and after 3 visits I saw incredible results! Would recommend!

Dr Quan is a lifesaver! I had severe digestive distress and a lot of pain and he had me feeling good after the first visit, after the second visit-I felt great! I was renewed! He is incredibly kind and a true healer. I have already referred other family members and friends to him and I HIGHLY recommend anyone with health issues make an appt. Chinese medicine has been around for thousands of years and Quan heals the ROOT CAUSE. Dr Quan is a gift from God and has healed my organs, I feel amazing! What a miracle, folks-his treatments are affordable and he teaches his patients diet and herbal remedies as well. This is the way to real results and harmony and balance in the body.
