Dr Ross must be an amazing chiropractor, as I have read many of the reviews on him and everyone raves about him. My chiropractor, however, is Dr Tullis. He must be new to the practice, but I would recommend him for treatment, as well. He does seem to know the issues, and what I really like is that he tells me how to treat myself when I leave the office. So many people expect a magic crack of the back and the Dr to do all the work. I'm afraid it doesn't work that way - and I really appreciate the exercises and the other recommendations to do that help my situation at home. He is quick with sending me the information we talked about - and yes, Robyn is wonderful too. It's always nice to be greeted by a friendly face.
The only reason I gave him a 4* instead of a 5* is because I am leaving for the season. I have not had that long with him and would have liked to worked on a couple more things that were only in progress. I will be back to this office in January!

I found Dr. Michael Tullis while experiencing severe migraine and neck pain. I was pretty desperate going into his office and found him online as I was visiting from out of town for a few weeks and needed someone to help with my neck.
Upon arrival at the office I sat in a huge massage chair and then was greeted by Dr. Tullis. During our first meeting, he gave me a thorough evaluation and had me run through various exercises before making any diagnosis. He listened to what caused the pain and had me demonstrate different movements until he pinpointed the plan. I was impressed with how thorough this first meeting was. I am very aware of my body and the source of pain, and he was the first chiropractor I’ve had that truly customized his plan to my body and needs. He gave me a great adjustment at the first session that was gentle but effective.
After my first appointment, he sent me a video of stretches I could do for PT at home and we scheduled a follow up for two days later. My symptoms improved and during our second session he gave me another adjustment that I would drive back to Anthem for. I’m really grateful for the follow up and I’ve been doing his PT exercises anytime I feel a migraine coming on. I finally feel like I can proactively manage my symptoms because he listened and really helped me.

I am incredibly disappointed with the level of care or lack thereof I received at this office. My experience with Justin Ross D.C felt incredibly rushed; he spent almost no time with me, leaving me feeling like my concerns weren't heard or even considered. Beyond the poor bedside manner during the appointment, the follow-up has been nonexistent. I personally called and spoke with his assistant to relay important information and request a return call. Despite being told the message was passed along, Justin Ross D.C never called me back. When you go to a chiropractor, you expect a certain level of personal attention and professional courtesy. Unfortunately, I found neither here. I would not recommend this practice if you are looking for a real doctor who actually values their patients just got to an orthopedic office with real M.D who gives you proper care.

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about Dr. Ross, he is definitely an old school chiropractor. He really knows how to get that movement, and I feel so much better after a visit and Robin at the front desk is a pleasure to talk to.

Where to start?!? Upon walking into the clinic, the environment was warm and welcoming. Robyn greeted me with a smile, was extremely knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Now, I have suffered with back and neck pain for years! When I met with Dr Ross, he took the time to ask me questions and really listening to my concerns. It was obvious that he truly enjoys the work and the relief he is providing to people. After the very first visit, the amount of stress lifted off of my shoulders and neck was incredible! Start to finish it was a wonderful experience. I will recommend Pure Health & Wellness to anyone and everyone. Thank you Robyn and Dr Ross!

I only have good things to say about this place.I started going here for a couple sessions of massage therapy with Willie. He is very good at what he does!
