One of the best investments we have made. We can actually drink water from the tap thanks to the additional RO system. No more lugging heavy bags of salt, cases of bottled water or manually making ice in trays. My hair even looks better! Service was prompt and professional. The technician installed my system within hours of finalizing my order. He hauled away the clunky old water softener and left me with a space saving, streamlined filtration system that is no maintenance. Literally, no maintenance. Jose was the tech that responded and did a great job! He showed me the issues with the system contributing to The problem we were experiencing. We’ve never had a water purifier so we didn’t know What to completely expect. Turned out to be the system. Jose explained the problem and how he was going to fix it, thank goodness because we had chalky dry hands and feet, my hair felt brittle and my husband’s face was very dry. I know this isn’t a saltwater system, but even with the purified system, I expected a little more. Jose, said to give it up to three days, run the waters, clear out the pipes and I’m hoping within a few months we see the difference.
It's too early to tell how well it works, just had it installed today by Chris. He was very professional and courteous. He left everything cleaned up and gave us a run down of how the new system works. Give it a month and we will know if it does what it is supposed to.
