Protect Property Inspections

Very thorough and quick to respond/schedule! We had Ruth do both our predrywall inspection as well as the re-inspection after they made the repairs. She was VERY thorough. Also, she went out to do the re-inspection on less than 24 hours notice because the builder got back to us super late, so that was impressive that she managed to make it out there. Felt like we were in very good hands.

I chose PPI from a referral by Cy Porter, the famous instagram home inspector. I 100% recommend doing a pre drywall inspection. PPI found no insulation behind a shower/tub against an exterior wall, which would have been missed in the following inspections. Larry at PPI was professional and thorough. You can tell he knows what he's doing. You can't fake the funk as a home inspector.

Fantastic inspection company. Light years ahead of the others we've used. Other companies just do the basic checks. Jay did a very thorough job and probably went through a few roles of blue tape. Super impressed!
