Talented stylists and extremely nice owner. Marcella is my favorite. She is always learning and knows so much about products and how they work with different hair issues. She listens to your concerns and is a true talented professional with anything hair.

I just had the absolute BEST balayage done on my hair by Lisa. She is an absolute god send. I went in with a completely botched balayage from a previous hair stylist and she completely transformed my hair into the most beautiful balayage I've ever seen. If I could could give her 10 stars I would!

Called Process Salon last minute thinking we wouldn't be able make an appointment but Jacob Barturo was kind enough to squeeze us in. He did an amazing job with our blowouts, literally the best blow out I've ever received, and even helped us with recommendations in the area since we were from out of town. We loved the vibe here, the salon is beautiful and everyone at the salon was kind and welcoming. If you are in the area you must come to Process and ask for Jacob!
