Wanted to express my gratitude to POF USA, specifically Juan Gallardo. Consumers today tend to find themselves helpless and frustrated when attempting to seek satisfaction on warranty claims. Loop holes and corporate aligned policies make the pledge of customer satisfaction ring hollow. But not POF USA. I recently had the pleasure of working with Juan on a warranty claim for my 415 Edge. Despite the problem not being caused by or the fault of POF Juan advocated for a customer. Juan could have just cited policy and sent back the damaged part. Yesterday I had reached out to customer/tech support at POF. I left my number for them to call back and within 30min I received a call from Juan. He was very helpful getting me the parts I needed and even took the time to walk me through the website to find more the specific item I own. My hats off to POF and Juan for being a great company with amazing people that work for them!

Glad I filled out the contact form, had a call back within a couple of hours. Friendly, knowledgeable and I VERY much appreciate the time spent discussing a used rifle I picked up. A+ customer service for me.
