I had the pleasure to work with Cupid over this past weekend at the Happy Valley Location, and I myself am very guarded with my hair. I did a little research before going into Sally's this time as I was seeking to remove my dark red hair and transition it back to a more natural strawberry blonde. I gave Cupid the history of my hair and sought her advice and felt very comfortable with her assistance as it was very closely related to the research I found online. I ended up needing two boxes of the punky color hair removal and then used the dark ash color to neutralize the effect of the color remover and I'm really pleased with the way that my hair came out. Thank you Cupid for being so knowledgeable patient and kind. I can't wait to work with you again in the future!

I have always had great service here. The girls are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a gracious return policy. I rarely return things but it's good to know when a product doesn't work you can return it . You just never know what works well on your hair skin etc . Just so happy this one is close by . Thank you Sallys for making me feel welcome in your store
