Honestly really amazing experience went here for gender affirming care had a bit of anxiety due to some of the reviews but honestly it was amazing! the lady at the front answered all my questions I had about insurance, needles, etc. the nurses in the back were amazing! definitely glad I’m starting the journey here.

Came here this week as I needed a quick appt for my annual well woman’s visit and was able to book an appt same day. I was very impressed with the doctor (Tiffany) and all of the staff. They were very professional, answered all of my questions and I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. I’d recommend Dr Tiffany Hanze and her team any time! Thank you ! ❤️

The women who worked at the front desk accommodated me when i wanted to change my appoinment reason and answered my questions thoroghly and seemed patient. I got in fast and the process was fast and efficient. I came to get an IUD for the first time and was scared about the pain i know it causes and the lady who did the insertion was so nice and upfront and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. I also did sti testing and the lady who did that was very descriptive and informative with my health questions and concerns.Everyone here definetely knows what thier doing and is very educated.

I scheduled an appointment for birth control and called twice on the day of to confirm both the appointment and that my insurance would be accepted. After driving 45 minutes from Scottsdale to Avondale, I was told that my insurance was not accepted. Staff (two Mexican girls) then denied that a “Mary” (the person I had spoken with) even worked there. They claimed to have called me, but I received no miscalls. They then told me my prescription would cost $200, but I would need to pay $125 by card and the rest in cash. That felt suspicious and gave me the impression they were trying to take advantage of me or even steal money. This entire experience was unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of my time.

My girlfriend was there a couple of days ago for some concerns and when she elevated these concerns to the Doctor, Tiffany She stepped out, upset and started Yelling out my girlfriend’s business in the hallway with other patients there the level of HIPAA violation that happened that day is absolutely not OK. She was upset because my girlfriend was not booked on a correct appointment slot which she should’ve just addressed that instead of yelling her business in the hallway. which made my girlfriend feel so vulnerable and upset didn’t know how to handle the situation. I was under the impression that planned parenthood Is a safe space to address any health issues be relatively easy to obtain never bringing my girlfriend here or recommending this place ever again. I recommend that anyone that has had this happen in the past to speak out it is against the law to be yelling out patient information in the hallway with other patients there.

I think my favorite part of my visit was getting to talk to Doctor Shalissa she is the best made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! No one else there, but my simple appt took over an hour. The dance music being played at high volumes in every area is diabolical. Going to give someone a freaking heart attack.
