I just joined. On many days they are 24hours. It is clean. I have never had to wait for a machine to use. There is plenty of parking. I joined at the lowest level with the fewest perks. It is cheap, but the machines are all in good shape. If you want to store your stuff, they have lockers, but you must bring your own lock. They have lots of machines, but are light on the free weights, if you are a gym beast then this might not be the gym for you. However, If you want to get in shape and you like using machines then you will like this gym. They have TV’s and fans blowing, so bring headphones and a hoodie if you don’t like the fan air. My wife, my son, and I have been using this Planet Fitness for the past week while we were here visiting family. The gym is easy to get in to and out of, there is plenty of equipment and it is very clean. We've felt welcomed and appreciated each and every day we come in to work out. The staff is friendly and courteous and the locker room facilities are excellent. This Planet Fitness will be our gym of choice whenever we visit Phoenix.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Kyoko at this Planet Fitness location — she is truly one of the sweetest humans on the planet. Every time I check in, she greets me with so much warmth and genuine kindness. It honestly makes my whole day.
Kyoko is the kind of employee who goes above and beyond without even trying — she’s just naturally that awesome. Her positivity, friendliness, and the way she remembers people make the gym feel welcoming and comfortable.
I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to Phoenix 4 years ago - it’s my safe zone!
