Nonexistence customer service!!! Received a bill from them for services that the hospital used them for i did not select this facility myself. Called to inquire about the bill, left 3 messages over a two week period. No return calls just another bill by mail. On the fourth call of the only phone number a recording that claims it can no longer accept messages, then disconnects the line. My suggestion is to call the hospital and complain to the hospital administrator about them other wise they will continue to behave this way. Can not imagine anyone voluntary using them.

We would give them zero stars if that option was available. Terrible administrative support (actually, absence of support). Their website is unhelpful, their phone service leads to nothing. We can't think of any good qualities or good reasons to ever use them.
