They bill for services not rendered and double charge. Called to dispute and they have no provider info they can provide and expect to be paid when they have no details. Joke of a business, avoid them and Western Pathology as they're the same business and fraudulent practices. Vanessa in their billing dept provided no details or help.

To those who have been given much, much is expected. God is real. Do you not know this? I feel sorry for you… the pain and suffering you have inflicted upon us every day, yes every day. Not a day goes by that I am not suffering thinking about you getting away with this…. I cant live the rest of my life knowing that you have done this to my child. Nonexistence customer service!!! Received a bill from them for services that the hospital used them for i did not select this facility myself. Called to inquire about the bill, left 3 messages over a two week period. No return calls just another bill by mail. On the fourth call of the only phone number a recording that claims it can no longer accept messages, then disconnects the line. My suggestion is to call the hospital and complain to the hospital administrator about them other wise they will continue to behave this way. Can not imagine anyone voluntary using them.
