Appointment time is accurate, every time I go there I wait less than 5 min. Cassandra is on top of her game, very meticulous. Nothing gets unnoticed which is essential, you want to catch things early which she does very well.
Cassandra, PA is always so kind, professional and willing to answer all my questions. The staff is always wonderful, too. It’s clear that they have a great team. I am always amazed at how quickly I am taken back and seen by the provider. I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology.
The absolute best experience I've ever had at any medical facility. First off it smells amazing when you walk in ? Then the staff are super friendly, genuinely. The care I received was surprisingly fast, they had immediate bookings for appointments too. I am astonished at how well run, clean and professionally staffed this place is- it really lives up to the name of Pinnacle!My procedure took only minutes and was near-painless. I left feeling very blessed to have found this location today. Thank you so much to all of the friendly faces that helped me feel better.
