I called at 6:30 AM and received an appointment for 2:00. My water heater needed to be replaced. The location of my gas heater is a VERY difficult location to work on. Service tech Adam diagnosed the problem, picked up the new heater, and replaced it. All of which happened on a late Friday afternoon. The only part I am unsure of for my experience is the cost. It seems high, but that is on me.

Lou and Anthony were so great! They not only addressed the problem, they super tested everything out after to make sure we were good to go! They were professional and courteous.

Lou and Anthony were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. I had a major leak in a water heater that was 8 years old and needed to be replaced. They were able to remove the old unit and install the new water heater quickly and at a great price. They then walked me through some extra care tips that will extend the use of the new water heater beyond the typical lifespan of the unit. I would highly recommend Lou and Anthony and Pink Plumbing in general!
