I have seen multiple providers since I started at this office in 2020 and can say I have had an extremely positive experience with each and every provider. They work with you to find the best mode of therapy for what you’re experiencing and provide options for your care. I would recommend this office to anyone, they truly helped me heal and become the best version of myself .
My therapist is very authentic and down-to-earth. They take a very client-centered approach to trauma therapy, and the progress I’ve made using EMDR and IFS has been incredible. The office has a great energy and offers modern services like neurofeedback, which I’m excited to try next. If you need a great trauma specialist, this is the place. Also big shoutout to my therapist and to the kindest therapy dogs ever, Loki and Odin. ? ??
I feel so lucky I found my therapist here. They've helped me grow in so many ways. Sometimes when I reflect back on where I was when I began working with them and compare it to where I am now, the difference is honestly astounding.
I’m just really glad this place exists.
Also, this is so random, but I really like the office parking lot lol. The trees there give off such a calming vibe before you even walk inside.
