Great options for saving a Lexus OEM CV axle. Boot was leaking and they repaired and rebuilt the original axle. Every other mechanic just wanted to replace it with an aftermarket one. Awesome customer service too, they went out of their way to make the process smooth.
I ordered a rack-and-pinion for my 2004 Lexus, had it installed, and it has been working great for four years. Lately, I noticed a slight change in the steering and took it to a mechanic. He found a torn boot on the inner tie rod, which had let in moisture, taking the edge off that smooth performance. He told me both would need to be replaced.
I called Phoenix Rack and Axle to see if the part was still under warranty and spoke with Alex. He didn't hesitate. He told me it carried a lifetime warranty and that he would ship out two new inner tie rods and boots completely free of charge.

I took a CV Axel from a Toyota Highlander to get the rear boot back on and filled up with grease. It took them five minutes tops to get it done. I put it back on the Highlander, drove it and perfect, no leaks, not a problem. I will be recomeding this business to friends and family
