I cannot say enough wonderful things about Phoenix Mountain Post-Acute. My grandmother was recently a patient here for rehabilitation, and our entire family could not be happier with the level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion she received.
From the moment she arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for.
