The service you arranged for my sister-in-law was beautiful and meaningful, and it brought great comfort to all of us. Your attention to detail and your kind, respectful presence helped ease the burden of planning during a time of grief. My friend of over 50 years died unexpectedly, with no family ties, and left me to figure out what to do. I was very pleased with Phoenix Cremation Society. Even though I was grieving, it was an easy and seamless process. I was treated respectfully and with patience. The cost was reasonable and the urn I purchased, I know my husband would have approved.
