Called to find out how much it was for a motherboard to be replaced and was quoted a fair price. I met Enrique on Thursday afternoon and he had it ready on Friday morning. All in all I was very happy with the work he did.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! Enrique was outstanding - quick to reply, upfront about the price, and very fair. I fully expected to be without my PC for a few days to a week, getting constant blue screens and unable to boot or reinstall windows, but Enrique figured it out and called me back the same day I dropped it off. Not only did he figure out that both my RAM sticks had given out at once to cause the issue (just my luck), but he had new sticks ready to go and Windows fully reinstalled and running.

Obviously, I hope that nothing breaks again going forward, but if it does, I'll gladly go back to Phoenix CPU repair.

He helped me out when my charging port went bad. He fixed it in one day and on a weekend. He explained that my charger wasn’t the correct one and to watch the battery because that could also be a problem. He communicated clearly and promptly. Thank you so much!
