PNPI docs are great... As long as you make sure to ride the MA and office staff's behinds for every single thing that's supposed to be happening with your care. Doc wants you to get a Rx? You're probably gonna have to call at least twice to actually get it sent in. Need an appointment for a procedure the doc wants? Guaranteed you'll need to text and call the MA and office staff at least twice before it ever gets scheduled. Pro tips: Don't leave the office until you've confirmed that your Rx are at your pharmacy. You want no part of the waiting game of going through office staff to get that fixed.
