The installation manager came out several times before and during the installation, and the installers were extremely detailed and meticulous in making sure everything was correct and accurate. The team cleaned all the windows as promised and cleaned up after themselves, being very, very professional. Customers highly recommend Pella for new windows and doors.
The entire process of replacing two large 36-year old glass block bathroom windows was flawless. Sam was a great sales rep, Josh was a great demo/installer, and Juan was a great stucco finisher. I highly recommend Pella for your window remodeling or installation needs. Thank you, Pella!
This is the second time that I have purchased Pella windows from a salesman named Sam Weidenbaum, and I could not be happier. Both the product and the process was great. Sam is a great representative of the Pella brand. He is knowledgeable about the product, punctual, and seems to be an all around good person.

We had window a consultation with Pella last week and I was so impressed with how it went. Pella has a reputation for quality, but along with that comes being priced on the higher end. We had already spoken with another company, but with the scale of the replacment we were looking at we felt it wise to get multiple quotes.
I was sure that Pella would come in at the top of the price range, but we were so pleased that not only did they quote us on their high quality product that included all of our HOA's finicky detail on the forward facing windows, but they came in at a mush more agreeable price than another company we talked to.
