I called Peerless out of the blue because we were selling house and needed quick response and verification to sew questions before the house could close. The administrations got us an appointment set up and the men got everything checked out in record manner for us. We appreciate all their swiftness and consideration.
Chris, Brandon, and Jason came out to take a look at a possible leak I thought I had with my tankless hot water heater. All three of them were friendly, communicated well, and took the time to explain what they were seeing without trying to sell me on anything additional. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future.
Chris from Peerless Plumbing provided excellent customer service. He took the time to explain what he was doing to fix the drain on the sink and why he was doing it. He was happy to answer all questions and concerns and did a great job. He also was very friendly and personable. Could not have asked for better service. Will definitely use Peerless Plumbing again.
