This company is installing fiber in my neighborhood, they cut the main line of internet to my house at 8am, said they work with a contractor that could fix it and that they’d be by later today. They texted me at 4:22 pm advising that nobody could come by.
Luckily I already called my ISP and scheduled a service call for tomorrow but, I lost 2 days of work due to their negligence. The supervisor in the area refused to accept any accountability for what had happened and continued to blame my ISP because they didn’t mark the utilities, allegedly. The supervisor said they did this to 2 or 3 other houses on my street as well.

I would not trust a company that has no respect for the disabled. Clearly this is a company truck and there wells no handicap sign on the vehicle anywhere while another vehicle that was clearly handicapped had nowhere to park as I watched them circle around looking for a place.

I'll be calling the authorities regarding one of your employees. Driving on I-10 on the 9/23/25 at 9pm with the License Plate ANOO738. With all the poor reviews re: the terrible behavior of your employees I know contacting you with do NOTHING. Maybe the police will.
