The person ( bad word here ) upfront didn't schedule me appropriately and accused me of running g late . Refused to apologize and then said it was my fault they didn't have my insurance i formation when all they had to do was ask. You dropped the ball and the uneducated poorly give a rats behind of your office calls the cops on me for being g upset I drove 40 minutes to be td it was my fault your dentist doesn't take my insurance .!!! I will be writing g a review for Google and reporting g you to AZ better business as well as any other Detost industry reporting g I can and will get done . I'm i wo t be giving up on reporting the dentist. The staff and Google and Facebook and everywhere I see your name I will make sure my review and words are heard. So ignorant to blame the patient.stupid ignorant woman. where's the manager? owner? dentist?!?!?! no one will get back to me over their mistake and blamed me for it !!!!!
I had a dental procedure today at the Paradise Valley Family Dental office. I met Dr. Elrod a couple of months go when I transferred my dental care from another office. From the beginning, she displayed not only professionalism, but tremendous dental chair side comfort. I have a tremendously negative history with dentist, dating back to the mid 1970s, which in turn creates tremendous emotional anxiety even walking in her office. Her calming process along with her professional staff eased my anxiety and I was able to a successful service. Above and beyond, Dr. Elrod listened to my emotional needs and offered to take extra steps and time to clearly explain my process. I would likely recommend the services of Dr. Gina Elrod.😀
