Props to Trainer Nina today! Nina was scheduled to help my niece with a fitness program. Nina took the time to review her history and health. She tailored a program specifically for her and her special needs. My niece commented that she felt so comfortable with Nina’s diligence and making her feel comfortable in a gym.

Was too late to participate in the “Blitz” class. Trainer Paul took the time to give me a set of equivalent exercises. Cheers to Trainer Paul.

Great facility. Not too busy, no fighting over machines ;). Staff friendly and trainers are on site. There are group classes as well.
