I had such a great experience at Palm Beach Tan thanks to Gianna and Mark! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and completely taken care of. They are both extremely friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and happy with my visit. Gianna is super knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect bronzers for my skin tone, my spray tan comes out perfect every time! Mark is also easy to talk to and just one of those people who makes you feel instantly comfortable. Great energy, great service. It’s rare to find that kind of service and energy these days! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Went in to this location for my first tanning experience to get a spray tan for my photo shoot and the girl working on Sunday 02/23 said that both of the spray tanning booths weren’t working… it was fine and we ended up going to another location. However we barely made it because it was almost 7pm, just before they closed so we were cutting it close. The other location was 10-15 mins away and my friend and I got to use our “first tan free” coupon for our spray tans. I was dreading signing up to tan before my wedding due to previous experiences at other tanning salons. It's normally a pushy experience. They try to upsell and take your money. The girl I had at this location was amazing. She was educational while also letting me pick my package. Every time I go in I get super great help. There have been 3 girls and 1 guy that have helped me and they are always so nice and seem happy to be at work. I hope others use this review as a decision maker to use the location. Aside from the awesome staff, the beds are all really nice. I do feel like I've enjoyed other spray tanning machines more than the one at this location but I'll only spray from time to time so it doesn't matter to me. Thanks for an amazing experience!
