Joseph Hall has been the best healthcare aide I have ever had. Not only is his advice well thought out, but he is also aware of my condition. When specialists have left me lacking information, he has helped me understand exactly what my test results indicate. I highly recommend Joseph.

Joseph Hall is the best NP I have ever had!! Optum primary care deer Valley is the best doctors office. I also love the front office ladies, they are awesome!!!! I only wait about maybe five minutes in the waiting room did they call me to the back? Joseph Hall comes in and We discuss my conditions, get everything handled and I’m on my way out the door. I was a patient here from 2015 - 2023. My original PCP was Dr Ostrom, but when I had a near death incident send me to the ER in 2019, she was unavailable to see me for follow-up treatment, so I was transferred to Dr Bressler who turned out to be a better fit and became my PCP.In late 2020 I had two strokes due to an unknown birth defect. Dr Bressler had been promoted to a non-patient role, so I was only able to see a series of Nurse Practitioners that were not all that competent and misdiagnosed several issues causing unnecessary tests and improper sequencing of procedures.It's a pain to try and find a new PCP, so I held on to the relationship with Optumcare for... read full review
