We are very happy with our experience with NorthGroup Roofing. Jeff inspected our roof and was very good at explaining what was needed to fix the problem, we appreciated his honesty and we highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
I had a roof leak after recent heavy rains. Jeff came out the same day I called him and Tim fixed it the next day. I was very lucky to have caught him between jobs. He was Very knowledgeable and honest. Jeff and Tim examined the damage and gave me an estimate a fraction of another roofing company. They recommended an easier less complicated patch repair since my roof was not in the best condition and they reasoned that the more extensive repair would get done when I replaced the roof in 5-8 years. How refreshing and greatly appreciated to have such honesty. I can not comment on quality till the next heavy rain, but they stressed they would return if there were any problems.… read full review
My roof sustained significant damage this monsoon season resulting in 9 different leaking areas. After receiving estimates from numerous roofing companies, I found Jeff (owner) to be the most honest regarding what portions of my roof needed repair now and which portions could wait. We ended up upgrading from shingle to tile and the house looks better than ever! Highly recommend
