For nearly 20 years I have been going to med spas, doctors, anyone that said they could provide permanent laser hair removal (thank you my Lebanese ancestors) and i’d see small results but had to keep going back. As embarrassing as it is (now I can say was) I had hair I just could not get rid of on my chin. I found Image Med Spa.. I called and asked a million questions and thought… well here is to another try! After my first appointment I I had terrible bumps and ingrown hairs but as soon as that healed, the hair was GONE! Not even joking! I saw prob 70% reduction immediately! I went to my second appointment and immediately saw probably 98% reduced!! I just had my third appointment and I could not be happier! I will save my next two appointment for touch ups.. if you have never had this kind of facial hair as a woman you have no idea how hard, self conscious and humiliating it is! These ladies have changed my life! No more embarrassment here! Thank you!!! ❤️

I am new to Arizona and was super nervous about finding a medical spa that was clean, safe and produced good results. I just happened to come across New Image Med Spa and gosh was the service amazing- everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful and just friendly - I will definitely be back ❤️
