The lady at the front desk is always rude she closes the store early refused to take my son's prescription order because she wanted to close 30 minutes early. After I said I was leaving a review she was able to help me and we got our sons glasses no problem and she was nice again so I will bump it up to three stars.
I had a wonderful experience today! Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my questions. They always explain what they are doing and why. A huge thank you to Araceli for helping me pick out the perfect frames! Highly recommend this location for all of your vision needs.
Wonderful Experience at Nationwide Vision
I’ve been going to Nationwide Vision for a long time, and today’s visit was another reminder of why I continue to come back. Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing during my eye exam. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make sure I felt heard and comfortable. I truly appreciate how thorough, caring, and attentive she was.
Ashrafi was also wonderful and went above and beyond to help me during checkout. She was friendly, patient, professional, and made the end of my visit so pleasant.
Dr. Patel and Ashrafi are definitely two of my favorites at Nationwide Vision! It’s employees like them… read full review
