Not happy. It's very difficult to talk to an actual person rather than a frigging bot. I was finally able to get an appointment a week out. They said they would contact me a day before the scheduled appointment to give me a time. I had told them I was not available from 1:30 pm on for cancer treatment. So I get a text at 8pm the day before the proposed appointment and the said they'd be here from 1 to 3 pm... So it looks like I'll be looking for a company that listens to their customers...

Chase is exceptional, he is very nice and respectful of your home. He is very knowledgeable of the appliance, diagnosed the problem immediately. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up the work area. So happy we found a technician of his caliber!

This is the third time I have used Mr Appliance and they have been fantastic(dryer, washer, and refrigerator ice maker) . Accurate diagnose, no up sell, and repairs completed immediately. Friendly, professional repair person with great communications.
