Will be contacting them on Monday regarding my morning today. Front office lady was super rude and had an attitude with me from the jump. I had to return to the Wic office after she stated that Wic doesn’t work with the formula my son was prescribed because of his allergy. Even with the prescription she said they don’t work with them. She told me to reach out to his insurance to ask them. I made my own research and sure enough they do indeed work with them and do cover it. After showing her she said it’s probably old information and it was an updated 2024 sheet that showed all formula covered by Wic. Went there today 08.29 The front desk lady was so rude. Can't explain how I felt when I walked in and she was on her phone texting and. Hardly looked at me. And when she did she rolled her eyes and had a rude tone. Never coming here

I come to Wic regularly when I need to but today is just upsetting at this place I wanted to lay my daughter down on the leather couch real quick so I can make her a bottle BTW I CLEAN EVERYTHING MY DAUGHTER LAYS ON WITH HAND SANITIZER BEFORE SHES ON IT. Well I clean it and it’s just so filthy you guys have to have this place clean especially for little kids. Only if you guys would have seen it with your own eyes how dirty the oater towel was after cleaning the seat. I never even places her on there after what I seen .
