So I’m a bit confused, I’ve been bringing my son here since he was born. I’ve also been coming here since I was a kid as well. My son had an appointment today, teenage check up. Everything was ok until they told him to pee in a cup. I asked the assistant, you want him to pee in the cup here in the room? She said yes, I was like wth don’t they need his urine sample in the bathroom. It was a bit off and messy to me. That made me and my son feel discomfort. If she told us to have him pee in the room with no access to a toilet.. that means there could be someone else urine anywhere in the room. Excellence! From the person at the front desk to the intake person, to the one asking for signatures, to my PCP, Grace Aksamit, to the young man who came in at the end of visit with the visit summary and bloodwork order. Everyone was friendly, professional and willing to take the time.
UPDATE: It’s one year later and still, the Mountain Park office on Baseline feels like a throwback to the 50’s, when a visit to the doctor and the follow up was personal. Seriously, when was the last time you got a call from your doctor’s office for anything other than a visit reminder?
La Dra Xenia Cabey es la mejor pediatra del Phoenix , es la Dra primario de mi hija ella es muy atenta y se preocupa absolutamente por el bienestar de sus paciente , la ha curado de todo, y sus asistentes son muy lindas y profesionales . Amo ir a Mountain Park también porque tienen atención completa aquí también atendí mi embarazo a todos les recomiendo y son muy accesibles en planes de descuento si usted es de bajos recursos.
